Helloooo, welcome back to my food’s blog.. Now we’re gonna talkin about Zuppa Soup.. Yeayy!
Do you guys know zuppa soup? Zuppa soup is a thick soup with a croissant-style pastry that is placed on top of it like a hat and is called a hat soup or zuppa soup. This soup comes from Italy and is usually known by the name Zuppa Toscana because it comes from the Tuscany region, Italy.Who like zuppa soup?
There many versions of zuppa soup, such as:
- Mushroom Zuppa’s
- Cheese Zuppa’s
- Corn Zuppa’s
- Beef Zuppa’s
- Chicken Zuppa’s
- Veggie Zuppa’s
- Toscana Zuppa’s
- Etc.
This is an example of Zuppa Toscana, It’s a zuppa soup in a healthy version. It doesn’t have pastry on top of the soup, It’s full of vegetable. Usually, Vegan people will it this with some Vegetarian Recipe!
My favourite zuppa are Cheese and Corn Zuppa’s. What’s Yours? 🙂
